Inspired by Dr Jason Krap’ s Ted Talk, I would like to share it to our readers, and because he has giving answers to my believes.

In 2012, I started running my first miles in Asia and I discovered the beauty of trail running. A few month later, my buddies wanted to challenge me on a 20km trail run race, so I started pushing harder on my training. On race day, I was a finisher in 2h30min, and I was 20 minutes ahead of my friends. I did not believed it. I discovered the runner inside myself and along the years I became a competitive ultra trail runner. I do not take myself too seriously. I just love the freedom of trail running cause It allows me to set new challenges, reach my goals, resolve problems faster and disconnect from work while enjoying the wonders of nature.

After a couples races, I told my buddies that after +4 hours on the trail, I was running and felling like an animal. Full of adrenaline, running and listening to nature, I felt sometimes like a tiger or a black panther. It seems weird and you could imagine that my buddies were laughing at me. But I was seriously running like an animal and which made me become a stronger man and a better person. Thanks to Dr Jason Krap speech, I finally got the support of my believes. Click and enjoy the Ted Talk.

Those are my favorites quotes:

“A strong physcial body changes us from the Inside. Running will help you to build a better life. Running like animals makes us humans.”

"Training the body changes the brain, which affects the mind. Training the body eliminates the conflict between body, brain, and mind, making harmony."

“ Run, Run Run ! Discover who you are and who you could become ! It develops neuron into your brains, brings success, creativity, confidence and impoves the way we think.

“The body is the Chief Executive Officer and the brain is the Chief Operating Officer. We are now sitting at our desk all day and our lives has become unbalanced. If the body stops moving and running, then the body will lose is Chief Operating Officer.”
